Position & Client Overview:

A large private pathology group located in the beautiful and scenic central valley of California seeks a AP/CP board certified Pathologist to join their successful practice. This is a day shift position at their busy practice consisting of more than 17 pathologists.

Job Summary:

Our needs include an individual with a preferred subspecialty board certification (or board eligible) in GI pathology, hematopathology, cytopathology and women’s health pathology. Other subspecialties will also be considered.

The general expectation includes General pathology sign-out, intraoperative consultation, rapid adequacy assessment in endo suite and general clinical lab support.

Preference will go to candidates with strong general pathology skills, the ability to handle high-volume cases and excellent communication skills.

Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit includes generous travel/CME imbursement, 401K plan and insurance coverage. Partnership track opportunity is available.

Education, Certification, & Experience:

• Applicants with 3-5 years of experience in a practice setting is a plus
• California Medical License (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
