The success of HCI is based on our ability to identify and represent quality laboratory professionals. Our Referral Bonus Program monetarily rewards you for referring someone you know who works in the laboratory.
We have tremendous success with candidates referred by professionals from within their own industry, which is why we rely on and appreciate referrals from colleagues and acquaintances in their field.
Refer us to a lab professional who is not an existing HCI candidate. If we place them in a new position at a client facility, we will pay you a $500 referral bonus.*

We are currently seeking the following laboratory professionals:
- Histologists
- Cytotechnologists
- Pathologists’ Assistants
- Medical Laboratory Technicians
- Medical Laboratory Scientists
- Specialists in Blood Bank and Microbiology

- Cytogeneticists
- Molecular Biologist
Skill levels include bench, supervisory, managerial, technical specialists, and executive directors.

To qualify, referrals must not have had contact with HCI within one (1) year. Bonus paid after referral completes a 90-day probationary period for a permanent job or work 500 or more hours on a travel contract. Bonus applies to referrals placed as contractors or permanent employees.
