Our client, located in the City of Brotherly Love, seeks a Lab Quality and MLS Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations of their MLS Program.
Salary Range: $92,000-118,000

Job Summary:
Responsible for the organization, administration, periodic review, planning, development, budget preparation, evaluation, and general effectiveness of the Medical Laboratory Science program in accordance with the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) standards for accreditation. Appoints faculty, coordinates review of the program and all updates, receives and processes all applications for admission, acts as a liaison between the program and academic and clinical affiliates, oversees program faculty, instructors, and students, grants the certificates documenting program completion, and retains final transcripts and certificates indefinitely. Serves as the Safety Officer for the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology Services.

Education, Certification, & Experience:
- Master's Degree
- ASCP-BOC or ASCP-BOC generalist certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist
- Must have relevant experience
