HealthCare Connections, Inc. (HCI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our admin team.

Prior experience working within a staffing firm or in a sales environment is a plus. This person will be trained as a “floater” to cover for other admin staff during their absence and to eventually replace a key admin staff member upon their retirement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a stable work history. Must have excellent written, phone and verbal skills, be very computer proficient (Word and Excel), as well as being able to work independently.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., although this position could eventually be a work from home opportunity.

We provide national permanent placement services and travel/locum contractors. We offer a full benefits package including contributing 401K.

Duties will vary but will include reviewing company contracts, review leases, employee health credentialing, typing of resumes, forms and documents, phones and data entry.
